addition, we hereby declare that we will establish a personal information protection management system to
realize the following policies, and that we will constantly improve it paying attention to the latest trends
in IT technology, changes in social demands, and those in the business environment.

Personal information will be acquired, used, and provided to the extent necessary for the conduct of our
company's legitimate business in real estate brokerage business, and to the extent necessary for the
employment and personnel management of employees, and will not handle personal information beyond the
scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use (non-purpose use). In addition, we will take
measures to prevent non-purpose use.

We will comply with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, guidelines
established by the government, and other norms.

In order to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, we will continuously
improve our personal information security system by injecting management resources that match the actual
situation of the business in order to prevent them by taking reasonable safety measures. In addition, if

corrective action as soon as possible.

① After accepting your request, we will send you the prescribed invoice form "Retained
Personal Data Disclosure Invoice."
② Please mail the invoice you filled out, the document confirming that you are an agent (in
the case of an agent), and the postal money for the fee (only in the case of notification of
the purpose of use and request for disclosure) to the above personal information inquiry
desk.
③ After receiving the above invoice, in order to verify your identity, we will inquire about
the information of two items that can verify your identity of the personal information
registered with our company (for example, telephone number, date of birth, etc.).
④ As a general rule, the answer will be made in writing (sealed mail) to the person
himself/herself.

In the case of a request by an agent, materials confirming that he/she is an agent
If the person requesting disclosure is an agent, please enclose the documents certifying
that you are the agent and the materials that prove yourself as an agent. Please write
the domicile information contained in each document to the prefecture, and the
subsequent information should be processed with black coating. In addition, please send
each material which does not contain an individual number, or process all digits with
black coating.

Formulation of basic policy
To ensure the proper handling of the retained personal data, we have formulated the “Personal
Information Protection Policy” for “compliance with related laws and guidelines, etc.,” and the
“contact point for handling questions and complaints.”

Establishment of discipline for the handling of the retained personal data
At each stage of the acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, disposal, etc. of the
retained personal data, we have formulated personal information protection regulations regarding
the handling method, a responsible person, and his/her duties.

documents, etc. that handle the retained personal data, we take measures to prevent these data
from being easily revealed when such equipment or electronic media are carried, including when
moving within the office.

① Access control is implemented to limit the scope of the person in charge and the
personal information database, etc. to be handled.
② We have introduced a mechanism to protect information systems that handle the retained
personal data from unauthorized access from the outside or unauthorized software.

When providing real estate property information to a third party (advertising)
1)
The real estate property information to be advertised is the property type, location, price,
transportation, the size of land and building, the arrangement of the rooms, equipment,
photographs, guide maps, etc., and does not include the name of the individual.
2)
It is provided to the other party to the contract or the buyer / lease applicant directly
through advertising media such as registration with the designated distribution organization,
the Internet, real estate information magazines, leaflets, etc., or indirectly through other
real estate companies (including when other real estate companies advertise with the consent of
our company).
3)
When a contract is concluded, we will promptly report the contract (contract date, price) to the
advertising media owner, etc., and stop advertising. Contract information is aggregated,
processed, or analyzed by designated distribution organizations and private advertising media
owners, and used as materials for price assessments in other transactions.
